Margaret Gardner

Margaret has worked on various projects within SOIF since joining in 2022, including the Our Community Futures, which builds on SOIF’s NSxNG programme. She also provides operational support for process improvements.

Margaret is passionate about making others successful and is an accomplished Project Manager with proven success in transformational management having worked for large international companies supporting projects to accelerate the learning experience of their employees.

Margaret is the founding president of The Rotary Club of Reading Thames, a club set up in September 2020 at the height of the pandemic with the aim of providing support to charities and communities struggling with the impact of the lockdown. She is also the former Operations and Marketing Director of Ethical Reading, a social enterprise whose mission is to embed ethics into the way people live and work in Reading, where she spearheaded, supported and delivered various projects that positively impacted the organisation.
