Jihad Hajjouji

Jihad leads the Next Generation Foresight Practitioners network within SOIF, where she works with the team to support, connect, and amplify young futures practitioners from all over the world, especially from the Global South.

Previously, Jihad served as an Advisor at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, where she managed initiatives to diversify the economy and transform Abu Dhabi into an attractive investment hub. She was also a Founding Director at the African Leadership Academy, where she established an Accelerator program and a multi-million dollar fund to support African ventures, and led the management of an African alumni network. 

Jihad holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
