Jessica Bland

Jessica Bland is a Principal at the School of International Futures and Deputy Director and Member of Advisory Board at the Cambridge Centre for the Study of Existential Risk (CSER). Jessica has a background in public sector foresight as well as science and technology policy, including working at the Dubai Future Foundation, the Royal Society and Nesta. She is interested in bringing technical expertise into public debate, and has done so through programmes like the World Majlis at Expo 2020. She has a Masters in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Science Communication from Imperial College London.
