Donna Dupont brings skills and insights developed over 20 years working with leaders in healthcare, emergency management, military, public policy and strategic planning.
Donna’s work focuses on building anticipatory and adaptive leadership capabilities for today’s complex, dynamic and uncertain world. She is interested in elevating women’s voices, and cultivating mindsets and skill sets to build agility in learning, and resiliency towards shaping a more sustainable future.
She works on a variety of global collaborative projects focusing on vulnerability, risk mitigation and adaptation that contributes to climate change strategies, environmental security and conflict, disaster risk reduction and public safety. Her futures research “Anticipation in Emergency Management, 2020” received awards from the Canadian Defence and Security Network, and the Association of Professional Futurists.
Donna holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight & Innovation from OCAD University. She is a member of the Archipelago of Design / DND MINDS collaborative network, Association of Professional Futurists and is on the Advisory/Editorial Board for the Canadian Journal of Emergency Management.
