Bareera Rauf

Bareera Rauf is a Participatory Facilitator, Researcher and Programme Practitioner from Pakistan working at the intersection of youth participation, futures thinking, and peacebuilding. She holds an MA in Power, Participation and Social Change from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex, as a Chevening Scholar.

Bareera leads HopeWorks, a youth-led initiative exploring hope, care, collective imagination and participation as practices of social change. Her work spans participatory research, facilitation, programme and event design, and cross-sector collaboration with young people, civil society, researchers, artists and international networks across South Asia and beyond.
