Jihad Hajjouji

Jihad Hajjouji is a strategic leader who recently serving as an Advisor at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, where she managed initiatives to diversify the economy and transform Abu Dhabi into an attractive investment hub. Previously, Jihad was a Founding Director at the African Leadership Academy, where she established an Accelerator program and a multi-million dollar fund to support ventures and led the management of an African alumni network. Her work at ALA involved fostering connections and scaling impactful educational initiatives. Jihad holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College.
