Aimee Lace

Aimee Lace is a foresight researcher at the School of International Futures and is passionate about helping organizations build strategies for unknown futures.  She combines expertise in strategic foresight, organizational change, and participatory methods with a keen desire to learn and imagine. Leveraging her background in psychology and international affairs, Aimee has worked in internal and consulting capacities with organizations including the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, Advanced Change, The Negotiation Studio, OrgVitality, Team Coaching Zone, the Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers, and the Federal Executive Board.

She holds a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, where her research focused on leadership and cooperation in peace and security.  Aimee also holds a B.A. in Psychology and in Global Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She was a doctoral fellow at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, is an associate of the Geneva Leadership Alliance, and is co-founder of Unconventional International, a global network supporting the leadership and wellbeing of young women working for peace and justice.
